Duncan Nyongesa oversees the firm’s operations. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2011. Upon admission he was employed in the law firms of Mithega Kariuki & Co Advocates, Kinyanjui Njuguna & Co. Advocates and Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) as Prosecution Counsel.  He resigned from the ODPP and established Nyongesa & Co. Advocates in 2016.

He has a rich experience in litigation spanning over ten (10) years. He handles Land Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, Company Law, Employment Law, Trust Law, Conveyancing, Constitutional Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Represent clients in court and provide legal advice and guidance to individuals and organizations, negotiate and mediate settlements on behalf of clients.
